So i've been doing a 5 day split with chest, legs, shoulders, back, and arms/calves. i've been doing the deadlift on back days. that's okay right? i think it'd kill me if i did it on leg days, since i typically do two type of squats (always back squat, then a front or hack squat). back days are usually deadlift, bent over rows, pull-ups, pulldowns, and sitting machine rows.
