TECH What decent free music apps do offline?

I’m trying to find a decent way to listen to music in areas with no coverage. I’d rather not spend the $10/mo that most apps charge if I can avoid it. iPhone.

Do you have Amazon Prime?

Prime Music is free (don't get all the songs like Prime Music Unlimited, but there is a huge catalog) and you can download the music to your phone for off-line listening.
