1 scoop whey+1cup milk
where are the carbs?
chicken breast, baked potato, green beans
had some yogurt and baked doritos, and a while later a couple turkey filets
do you guys know how to steam vegetables and stuff? i bought one of those steamer things, do i just stick that in a pot, put some water in the bottom, and throw in the veggies?

nigga their is carbs in the milk and whey plus the oatmeals I've ate and the whole wheat bread.Also the cottage cheese and strawberry jelly I am eating now.
2 salmon burgers w/black beans on top of spinach....peanut butter sandwich....apple with peanut butter...protein shake w/2 frozen bananas inside. My dinner is still going on, it wasn't all really in one sitting but just my evening meal.
Some stir fry vegetables, chicken breast + 1 ice cream sandwich.
1/2 lb steak w/grilled onions, fries, onion rings, salad w/lite ranch and 32oz gatorade.
and then 1 scoop of whey + 8oz fat free milk
^stupid question, but whats bulking?
Trying to gain weight
lets see since i have been home from the gym (about 3 hours) I have eaten:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts w/ bbq sauce
1 can progresso soup w/ 1 can green beens dumped in there
then an hour and a half later:
2 turkey sando's on whole wheat
16 oz skim milk
now I am munching on carmel rice cake things
I love cutting
chicken and veggies in a mushroom wine sauce
Buffalo Striploin, like 1/2 pound of peas and some broccoli.
Oh and about 1-2 ponds of cherries, damn they are awesome when in season.

What the fuck is dinner? I have meal 1-7. There is no dinner and no lunch. But there is breakfast.
