what's tasty and good with them?
i eat it on it's own
Polander unsweetened raspberry jelly and chocolate whey powder.
i eat it with a spoon.
Blueberries, rasberries. And it still tastes like fuck.
a little pepper tastes good
I find, getting lowfat instead of fat free is a lot better. But Peaches with cottage cheese is really good.
Flax oil and/or balsamic vinegar
Rarely on it's own, can't stand that shit but i will man up if i have too.
And almonds mixed in for me.
I like the taste of the combination though.
I sprinkle cinnamon on my spoon. After a week of eating it plain, this tastes much better. I still swallow it whole though.
sick i tried balsamic vinegar with it 1tbs to 1 cup = too much vinegar
ill stick with pepper
pineapple or peaches
I take spoonfulls of it and shove it in my mouth. My entire mouth is filled with CC and then I gulp it down. It's delicious.
Cottage Cheese + Cucumber, a little salt and peppah also
peaches and cinammon seriously its like my favorite dessert and its uber healthy
I put it on almost everything! Today I had some with steamed veggies with a little bit of pepper.
