When I do negatives, the few things I do..
- cg bench
- clean+reverse curls
everything. what goes up must come down. might as well make it count.
Any particular reason why you guys (Ceaze, Cavefish and Christophers) don't?
Just not in your routine or you think it has no benefits?
i'm with fatty
neck (up, down, side, side) with a partner.
I've done them on bench a few times and it kills my chest.

I do negatives on kickbacks
sometimes I do them on my last set of pullups.
Been doing them for single arm pullups.
Yeah, only the downwards motion. For example, in pullups, you would stand on a bench and set yourself at the top of the lift and then slowly descend -- basically working the opposite motion you would use normally.
i <3 negatives, but rarely think to do them.
I don't see how you say that. I can just hear the muscle fibers ripping on heavy negatives
nah, who needs a CNS anyways?
what does it do to your CNS that scares you away? Although I may body build, I do care about strength
what's the benefit?
