I need some shit to eat daily thats fast yet nutritious. I think the power shake is out for a while.
fat free cottage cheese
fat free yogurt
cereal with fat free milk
any combination of the above
why is the shake out? a protein shake is great for breakfast and always makes me feel full
sounds good actually. Would be better than the four Pop-Tarts I eat. I'm writing this down so I don't forget. Thanks
1/2 cup oatmeal
500 mL skim milk
in FlEX magazine, there was an article about how many bodybuilders eat pop-tarts to start off their metabolism in the mornings. apparentley it works great. I dont know how it works but there is the perfect combination of ingredients to kickstart ur metabolism.
word, i forgot oatmeal, thats definitely up there
1 cup egg whites
1 cup oatmeal
1 slice bread
that's a lot of carbs
Egg Whites + 2-3whole Eggs, or Steak
i have 2 scoops of whey every morning.
You could keep a stash of hardboiled eggs in the fridge along with some fruit and that would be something quick to eat thats good for you
Whey isn't great on a diet because it's not satiating
It is sortof if you're lactose intollerant.
I get most of my carbs in the morning and pre/post workout when I cut. Carbs usually hover around 145-160.
i've been having a shake of 1.5 cups low carb milk, 2 scoops whey, 2 tablespoons olive oil mainly because I can't eat right when I wake up
Just curious... what are the rest of your macros like as well as calories?

i'm almost out of mass meal, though, so i'm probably just going to do whey
The last time I cut:

-[FONT="] [/FONT]200-215g protein
-[FONT="] [/FONT]145-160g carbs
-[FONT="] [/FONT]40-45g fat

5 Scoops of Xtend w/ morning cardio
eggs w/ ham, cheese, and spinach
2 scoops whey
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup oats
Same as when on maintenance pretty much: oatmeal, protein powder + pb.
I usually have a shake on the way to work and then again once i get to work.

maybe hard boil or scramble some eggs
Yea along with there DNP, Clen, Test, HGH, etc... and how the hell does anyone actually eat whey after an hr Im fucking starving again when I drink a shake
