I still have the massive appatite, but don't wna to to go crazy.
good question! I usually skip 1 of my two protein drinks on my days off. Should I be doing that??

why would you eat less... unless you are loosing fat,,,
I eat the same on my rest days as my lift days.
although timberwolf says he lowers calories on his days off I think. But he is a different subject.
especially as a scrawny little ectomorph, I'm just going keep eating till I'm full, then eating another chicken breast.
sometimes more, sometimes less, i stopped counting
I've been eating the same but usually ditch the protien shakes, just cause they are spendy.
i dont replace my pwo shake with anything on rest days so i eat about 600 or 700 calories less
