I'm soooooooooooooooooo fucking bored.
never been on an injury downtime... although i have some issues with my shoulders as well and im afraid when i actually go see the doc hes going to tell me to stop lifting for awhile
had a slight tear on my shoulder once - had to heal for 9 weeks. I think for the first 5 weeks I moved to leg and ab exercises, with lots of cardio. After the 5th week, I started to perform light upper body exercises that didn't involve the shoulder.
socialize and eat
for the record, I have a jacked shoulder, one sprained wrist, I slipped and hurt the other wrist, then I fucked a hip adductor doing squats the other day. This is awesome.
I've pretty much been falling on my face drunk every night...but thats getting expensive.
I would play darts, go fishing, camping, chill with friends, find a girl to have sex with, work more and make more money.
I try to not get injured

Sit in a corner and cry, mostly. Actually, this latest injury will free up an extra 10-12 hours a week to study for finals.
Never been injured, but i'd jerk off, play my guitar, play video games...
Pretty much the same shit I do now when i'm not at work/school/the gym.
