What kind of warmups and stretches do you guys do?
I sniff ammonia and dance around.
Chest=rep the bar 20times or so, do some pushups
Shoulders=Take some 5lb plates and work them around
Legs=Jump around, stretch
I hear plyometrics are good for warming up. Plyometric squat, pushups, etc.
All I do is stretch.

work all day. Drink redbull and then have 15 minute long convo withmyself convincing myself I should still do it.
I talk shit to my self and stretch
i get fucking angry... i try to enrage myself of all the shit going on in life....usually have something to drink and a multivitamin....jog to my gym, do some light stretching,
i just go to the gym and lift, once I'm there I usually have to convince myself not to leave over and over again, until I'm finished
I usually jog before I lift and stretch a lot afterwards.

I just lightly stretch the general area that I am going to workout and do a warm up set.
Listen to metal, run, and do some simple streches.
Surround myself in a circle of bone ash and recount the Horadrim prayer.
...and then run for 5 minutes and stretch.

light warmups with the exercises I will be performing, gradually increasing weight and lowering reps
I do internal and external rotations for my rotator cuffs, then some windmills with my arms to get my shoulders warmed up
take a nap.
try to channel all my energy and focus into what im doing at the gym...its a great stress releaver as well...at least for me...
