basically when you first wake up?
3 packets of instant low-sugar oatmeal, 2 scoops of whey, glass of milk and vitamins. I should eat more but I suck at waking up.
yeah, i know how you feel.
i eat regular oatmeal, i really dont measure it, i just pour it in the bowl and make it, i usually dont make enough though
Im just trying to get some ideas
-bowl and a half of Special K Protein Plus
-small cup of coffee
gonna start replacing the coffee with whey once it starts to warm up, I need that coffee now when it's cold
1 cup plain oats in milk w/ splenda
frosted mini wheats (actually has 14g fiber and only 15g sugar )
and 2 caps Green Tea and 1 cap r-ala
1/2 - 1 cup oats
2 scoops of whey
8oz of yogurt (1 of those individual servings)
1/4-1/2 cup of raw oats mixed in
1 scoop of whey with 6-8oz of milk
scoop whey + water
4 egg whites
2% 1 slice lowfat cheese
2 slices of turkey bacon
2 slices of whole wheat bread
Protein shake with lowfat milk
6 whole large eggs
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup milk
4 Tbsp maple syrup
1 cup black coffee
1/2lb ground turkey
1 cup broccoli
4 whole eggs
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup honey bunches of oats
1 cup 1% milk
when i cut i usually just have whey. if i'm bulking i'll have 2 scoops of whey and a big PB sammich

1 cup of milk, 1%

some coffee, splenda
wow. whats the ratios on that breakfast! bagel + cereal = loads of simple carbs!

1 cup cottage cheese w/ crushed pineapple

how bad is it not to eat breakfast
I either eat oatmeal with a tbs. of PB mixed in or egg whites and spinach and a slice of ww toast with pb.
if I am in a rush, I have a bowl of kashi go lean or a muffin.
I don't know why anyone would skip breakfast. I love breakfast foods.
Bagel is usually whole wheat and the cereal is for fiber, kashi or something high fiber. But we can't all be professionals.
well, you could save money and time and eat a better breakfast by buying some oatmeal
Either an egg white omelette with shaved ham of turkey if I have time or 1+ 1/2 natty PB sammiches and a protein shake plus my suppliments and vitamins.
Scoop of egg whites
Scoop of regular egg
some sort of breakfast meat
diet sierra mist
Sometimes I'll make a couple english muffin sammiches if I'm craving carbs
eating a cheeseburger right now with a glass of orange juice (my mom bitched cause she made em and I still didn't finish them... normally I'd eat 4 in a day but I'm trying to eat relatively clean here)
Typically I'd go for a whole wheat bagel with some olive oil or butter on it, a cup of OJ and a whey shake. Pretty high in cals, good carbs (as long as you get WHOLE wheat and not the enriched stuff), and protein.
i wouldn't get quite so much cals but I work for 5 hours and typically don't eat much more than a few hundred cals of a sammich or baked chicken etc that i can bring there and munch on real quick... so i overload a little in the morning.

This morning it was
Leftover steak from last night
2 sausage patties
2 glasses of milk
handful of Almonds
Glass of OJ
some rice cakes
Yeah, I know. Just curious.
which Kashi? I eat the go lean, but after a while it starts to taste like cardboard....
