1 cup oats 2 scoops ON
sometimes 4 oz skim milk + 1/2 cup oats + 2 scoops ON
Nothing. I wait for my dinner to cook.

nah, just drop that in a cup and stir. i eat them with a spoon and drink the shake.

you want like 40-60g fast digesting carbs pwo not oatmeal with your 40-60g protein
example of fast digesting carbs? any specific foods? or just the supplements i see people talking about sometimes?

i believe a study was posted on here that slower digesting carbs were better for you PWO
that may be true. and im sure somebody is going to come here and post a study any second now but ive done it both ways and i like doing the fast digesting then eating slow digesting 1-3 hours later.
