Going to start hitting the gym. What do you guys think of this routine?

Mon - Chest and Triceps
Barbell bench press
barbell incline bench press
dip
machine fly
barbell lying triceps extension
triceps pushdown - rope

3 sets of each

Wed - Back, Biceps, and Forearm
Barbell deadlift
barbell bent over row
wide-grip lat pulldown
barbell curl
incline dumbbell curl
alternate hammer curl

Fri - Shoulders and Legs
Barbell squat
barbell lunge
lying leg curls
barbell shoulder press
dumbbell shoulder press
dumbbell lateral raise
barbell shrug

looks like a lot of volume for one workout...but the exercises look fine except for 9 sets of curls...unnecessary

edit: wouldn't bother with 2 types of shoulder press on the same day either

i lump tri's and bi's on one day

a little too much stress on tri's on a monday
