You should be taking BCAAs between meals, and if you're taking it PWO - then you're likely eating food right after - which makes you're taking bcaa less efficient/more pointless
I like to sip during workout/cardio
I always do mine with diluted crystal light. The key for me is a large volume. My big shaker is almost 30oz and I do about 20g a serving.
lemon lime gatorade powder works for me. it is sour enough so that I only need to use 1/3 of a scoop which is like 17 calories or so.

This is one reason why flavored bcaa's have a place in this market. You could buy one, use half a dose to get their flavor system, then put 2 more scoops (or whatever amount you wish) to increase the dose. Make both products last longer and the taste isn't as ass based.
