What are your goals?
What do you usually eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner?
i eat mcdonalds, followed by some cake and milk, then i go to lunch where i eat some oreos and milk, and some burgers, then some tacobell for dinner, and popcorn and maybee some steak or something.
my goal is to lose about 35-45 lbs
breakfast is usually a few scrambled egg whites, one or two strips of bacon, half a glass of milk, 8 oz bottle of water, some oats possibly
snack - beef jerky or an apple/banana
lunch - light salad with romanian lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, etc, followed by grilled chicken breast or maybe steak
pre-workout protein shake and CEE
post workout ON 100% protein shake (vanilla)
dinner - depends on what i'm hungry for, a hamburger with wheat bread and lettuce on top is good, steak, chicken, tuna, whatever
i drink atleast a gallon of water throughout the day and take flax oil and fish oil, try to get in around 2300 calories per day. it's been working pretty good so far
Berried Treasure, nice play on words. I've never seen or heard of that brand of ice cream before actually
Yea its a local brand
egg whites, oat, tuna, whole grain bread, rice cakes, cod, salmon, pasta, etc.. Man there are a million healthy things you can eat
rice and scrambled eggs or burrito and corndog
toast+pb or oats or cereal
same as above minus toast+pb
late night snack
corndog, yogurt, pb, toast
normally i eat a bunch of chicken and usually chinese for luinch every day and once a week or so I may throw in a protein shake I and I like to eat out a lot

breakfast 20 pizza rolls with 2 poptarts and 16oz milk
brunch? 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese, handfuls of walnuts, whey shake, poptarts
lunch canned salmon, 4 peices wheat bread, 16oz milk, more fish oil pills
meal 4 - 2 pb&j sandwiches, can of tuna with ranch
meal 5 - 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 bananas and a snack pak pudding
meal 6 - some fried chicken (don't eat this shit very often)
meal 7 - PWO shake 60g protein, 80g carbs
meal 8 - milk + whey, lots of fish oil, amino tabs, all my vitamins and shit
meal 9 (right now) - 1 cup cottage cheese, 16 oz milk, lots of peanuts and raisins
that was today, I never eat the same way
Meat and Ice Cream
Breakfast - oatmeal, eggs on wheat
Lunch - rice, chicken or fish, a vegetable of some sort
dinner - rice, chicken or fish, a vegetable of some sort
protein shake, protein bars, fruits and other assorted snacks throughout the day.
oats, whey, chicken, tuna, eggs, vegetables.
typical day -
breakfast: protein shake half casein, half whey with a bunch of other shit
snack: protein bar
lunch: sandwiches w/ special bread & sliced turkey
pwo protein shake, half casein, half whey
dinner: 2 chicken breasts on foreman w/ salad; olive oil/vinegar dressing
Anything and everything I can find + protein shakes throughout the day. I watch out for the fat content though.
Tired of cutting, bulking now...
Chicken, turkey, beef, rice, wheat bread, nuts, eggs (whites mostly), bananas/strawberries/pears/peaches/cherries/whatever's in season, lotta green vegetables
Eat big, lift big, get big
Typical day right now:
- 2 scoops of whey in the morning
- from 11 AM until 4 or 5 PM i'll eat about 1000 calories. Today i had a 12" double meat turkey ham and bacon melt from subway
- 2 scoops of whey for a pre-workout shake
- 2 scoops of whey for a post-workout shake
- a few hundred calories worth of lean meat and quality carbs before i sleep
I'm getting about 2000 calories a day on this.
