I think of Vin Diesel and realize that as soon as that meal is over, the delicious taste will be gone, but all the empty calories will not.
On the Vin Diesel part, I decide that I would much rather look like him than have that pizza!

It sounds good to me.
I have a cheat meal once a week so I just remember what it is I want and tell myself I can have it on friday. That and I look at my old pictures from when I was 57lbs heavier.
if your dedicated to the goal, you wont cheat..pretty simple. If your at your witts end, have a tablespoon of peanut butter with a shake when the urge is too great. Its still healthy enough but it curves the craving for me

Anywho, I just look in the mirror and notice how my abs become more and more visible by the week. Enough inspiration there. Also, I'd pick a better role model than vin, talk about selective training, but anywho, whatever keeps you going/horny.
i think about how im on a diet. i dont do cheat meals. if anything ill cheat every now and then with alcohol.
I was thinking the same thing.
I just think...I don't give a fuck. In the long run it doesn't matter. I am not cutting for a show and I am doing this to be happy. If I don't ever cheat I am not happy and therefore there is no reason for me to do it. I would have gave up a long time ago if I never cheated.
Sometimes I'll flex my abs and feel them. Or just look around me and see all the fat people.
for me, i just make myself busy by concentrating on work, or take a nap
working / sleeping = not eating
i also think about people who are in great shape and of great mind... they dont sit around eating shit all day... they are working to better themselves in all aspects of life with their job, family life, studies / research, fun activities etc

if you wanna cheat and give up, just quit. or tell yourself that you're f*ckin better than that, and just keep with it.

but i agree with acura...i have to cheat occasionally, for the exact same reasons.
Vin's got a pretty nice physique, I think he is great for motivation.
And yeah, peanut butter sandwiches are good craving-busters that are pretty good for you.
chew some gum. Its sweet and it gives you something in your mouth. Or just use will power.
no gym for home
