so ive gotten quite bored with my standard routine and the evening workouts. Im thinking of giving this a try: http://www.mensjournal.com/healthFitness/0602/workout_20minutes.html i know im gonna get a lot of shit for the mens journal link. Ive been on f&n for almost as long as ive been on ot, and been doing the whole squat/bench/dead thing for most of that time. My reasons for the change: 1. new/original routine. 2. do this in the mornings 3. incorporates cardiovascular training (need for soccer) 4. get away from heavy weights for some time 5. overall change Im thinking ill do these workouts and supplement with whatever weight lifting I feel necessary afterwards.
