squats (sometimes just leg press)
on a good day I do 6 sets of...
bulgarian split squat
More of just a "heavy" day but
2 Calf exercises
Squatsx5 or 6
Leg Pressx4 or 5
want to start working lunges in, though. I do calves on a different day as well.
+ I do shoulders on my leg days.
2 sets light leg ext for warmup
4 sets squat (not including warmup set)
3 single leg hammy
3 leg press
3 lying leg curl
2 sets leg ext squeeze at top
3X10 leg extension
3X10 leg press
3X10 hammy curls
started recently (basically today)
3X20 calf raises
light leg extention
SLDL or ham curl
squat, lunges, leg ext, pullthroughs
4 sets leg ext 10-15reps
4 sets squat 6-10 reps
3 sets leg press 10-12 reps
4 sets leg curl 10-12reps
4 sets smiff machine split squats 15-20 reps
3x5 Back Squats
3x8 Leg Extensions
6x1min Agility Stuff
3x8 Leg Curls
2x5min Skipping Rope
and then I die.

I do Pur's leg day, so...
extension 3x10, 1x5 +15lbs
curl 3x10, 1x5 +15lbs
calf raisers 3x20, 1x10 +10 lbs
leg press 3x10, 1x5 +10lbs
squat 3x10, 1x5 +10 lbs
10 mile bike
Have two leg days. Today went like this.
4x6 Front Squats
4x6 Rack Pulls
3x6 each leg db split squat
3x10 Pull throughs.
3 sets of squats
3 sets of sldl
Squats 5 sets of 10
SLDL 5 sets of 15
Lying Legs curls 4 sets of 12-15
leg extensions 4 sets of 12-15
lunges on smith 3 sets of 10
leg press calf raises 3 sets of 30
standing calf raises 3 sets of 15
don't expect patrick bateman to post in this thread.
Pretty much this, except my rep numbers are lower and I do my lunges with DBs.
4-5 sets of squats
3-4 sets of leg press
3-4 sets of hack squats
3-4 sets of leg extensions
Then as much calf work as I feel doing.
Monday - squatting 5 sets of 5 reps
Friday - squatting 4 sets of 5 reps, 1 set of 3 reps, 1 set of 8
