i am gonna start a contest Mid-Sept for shore
I failed miserably. I think I've put on about 7-10 pounds, if that.
I've put on about 15 as of this morning. I took 3 weeks off - two because i was sick, one because i went on vacation - and was already several weeks into a bulk when it started, but i feel like i could have done better
Ive got loads of excuses, but it really comes down to me being a fuckup and not eating enough. Time to start the 10k diet for the next 2 weeks
well yeah, excuses are like assholes. I've got a few things that could have gone better. I've been busy as fuck with work and school, to the point where i'm not getting enough sleep. Plus the no gym for 3 weeks thing. And I was being real conservative with increasing my calories because i was afraid of becoming a fatty again. If i average 1lb/week gain i'll be ok.

I got fucked over with a shoulder injury, started working 50 hours a week in crappy shifts cuz everyone else was sick or on holiday, averaged around 4 or 5 hours sleep a night for ages. was afraid of getting fat and drank too much. Now I dont give a fuck about puttin on some podge. Screw it.
My lifts have gone up though. They're still crap though, cuz im a feckin noob.
I put on 15 in 3 months also. Over summer lifting. Should loose 5 pounds when season starts though.
started seriously in february ive gained almost 25lbs
im at 188 from <165 (but also takin cee )
I'm about 195 now from 170.
My numbers need to go up more.
