Technology related of course.
I haven't had but one major class so far, so I can't really comment.
C++ Data Abstraction and Problem Solving. I think its hard for me because I am losing interest in computers. I used to be a whiz-kid but now I dont care anymore. As long as my computer works I'm happy and thats all that matters.
PC Assembly language is too, I find calculus alot more fun
I think mine will be Data Structures and Algorithms.
I'm starting to get that way myself.
everytime I went to that class, I would fall asleep, the teacher just had one of those voices that made you wanna nap...ended up failing that class, and had to retake it...with a diff teacher that is...turns out it was a hard course, only because I had absolutally no interest in learning the material...honestly who the fuck cares about cobol
ahh well I got a lot of nice sleep
Java Data Abstraction and Problem Solving/Data Structures and Algorithms
discrete math.....3 courses took me 6 semesters combined to get 3 courses....kinda embarrissing actually.....
EMF aka. Electric Magnetic Fields.
I wouldn't really worry about it. Hell, at least you're done with it.
Any examples as to what that is?
i'm taking that now but i find it okay once you get the hang of it.
Hadest course I have right now is Software Design III, which is all about gay SDL, YACC, and some other crap which I have no clue what is it about.
Advanced computer architecture
I had to design and code a MIPS processor in VHDL including branch prediction, error detection & correction, 5 stage pipeline, and multiplication hardware. We also had to account for clock skew and other clock distribution problems in our design.
Oh, and it had to work on whatever FPGA board we used at the time, it was something by Altera.
That class sucked.
Intro to Computer Engineering (i hate to wire and design circuits) or Discrete Math (fuck professor blew ass)
analasys and design.
if i see another GOD DAMN UML DRAWING IM GONNA TWEAK!
the course wouldnt be so bad if the instructor spoke english and didnt speak mono-tone.
the text book isnt bad, but you can tell it was writen by someone who's english is not their 1st language, maybe their 5th?
but on the otherside, my BEST class has to be my JSP/Servlets class. im getting 100% on it, and expected to get that for the final
I loved that class. Too bad I didn't get a change to persue that field any further...
System Analysis and Design.... 100 page project for the final.... not so much hard but the work and time put into it was un real
So far a class called Computer Organization is owning me..
I can't seem to keep my eyes open in that class.. it teaches assembly language as well which sucks ass.. gimmie back my C++/Java please!!1
umm i would have to say the one i hated most but wasnt my hardest has to be assembly language
sigh.. that still send chills down my back when i hear it. makes me think of those pipeline crap
In my computer architecture class (not advanced), we had to write an assembler and simulator for a 16-bit MCU in C++, but not VHDL.
In my VHDL class, we had to code up a replica of a 6805, but that's nothing like what you did. We also had to synthesize it.. it ran on a large Xilinx FPGA. stuff.
My hardest class was Solid State Electronics. It's not necessarily diffcult, but the material was so goddamned boring, I couldn't stay conscious long enough to learn it. I got a D.
computer science II
the programs and such for homework are easy enough, but the tests are fucking rediculous
on the last test he curve it so a 45 ended up as a C
