What would you guys say a decent deadlift weight would be for a 16 year old?

You never answered the questions. How tall, taller easier (supposedly), How long been doing it and how much he weights.
I'd say at least 150% body weight for good strong 10. 175% for a ball breaking 10. All RAW of course
it's really not about being "tall" it's jus about the length of your arms. some of the greatest DL'rs aren't exactly giants height wise but just have fuckin monkey arms.
Well I've found the shorter guys have the benefit of the bar with Olympic plates on have the bar sitting halfway up their shins. For me the bar is sitting a lot lower in relation to my shins.
When I stand on blocks for added lift, it's practically touching the top of my feet.
Most times arms span = height.
His bodyweight in KG X 1.078 /.1.1 + 21lbs - his bodyweight X .5 + 25lbs
the first time I ever deadlifted I pulled 315 on a trap bar completly raw...this was like in 10th grade and I was around 130lbs...
but I'm Elite.
so longer arms = deadlifts? so thats why im pretty good at them for not doing them for a long time
