Did some searching on here and google and didn't find too much. Everything is about healthy weight loss rates. I'm 6'2" and about 170lb. Most of my weight is on my legs from running. I haven't measured my body fat but I'm skinny as shit. Anyways, I'd like to go up to 200-205. My thumb and middle finger overlap around my wrist. I don't do much, I have an office job. Been doing some research on lifting and nutrition and it seems like 3500-3700 calories a day should suit me well? My real question is, what is a reasonable amount of weight gain to expect per week?
