so one day last weekend i woke up and my shoulder (right side) is killing me. rotator cuff? lets say if i were to do front or lateral raises the pain is sharp and i could barely lift any weight. now as im sitting here typing its just very uncomfortable. now my neck is sore and back is tight. my sleeping and eating patterns, training regiment hasnt changed.i have been doing ovt now for 4 weeks. any thoughts? i havent been in the gym since last thursday. im thinking a week more might do me good?
