Here's my situation: My goal is to get bigger (bulk up). I've been going to the gym, focusing on the upper body, but not on my abs/stomach area. Don't ask why, I've just been really busy as of late and bla bla bla lack of motivation/stupid. So now, I have this beer belly (not that big) that I need to get rid of, while also focusing on my goals of bulking up since I'm pretty skinny. I'm 5"11, 175 pounds. A good portion of that is my stomach.... What do I eat and how much? What do I focus on in my work out routine?
