If i drink 1/2 gallon a day i piss alot. If i drink 1 gallon a day i piss even more. What is the difference if it just creates more piss? Does my body actually absorb two times the nutrients from water if i drink 1 gallon as opposed to 1/2 gallon? What scientific study is there to back up the rule about drinking 1 gallon of water a day when working out and/or while taking creatine? I think my co-workers are starting to think im shooting up drugs everytime i go to the bathroom.
