I believe he posted his secret routine to general health somewhere... I think his main exercise was called "foot presses". It basically consists of him having to mash down the accelerator to his underpowered del sol so much every time that he drives because it doesn't power out until 6k+ rpm's that his right leg is beefed the fuck out.

It is widely considered to be the most highly anabolic routine in the western world. Generally it consists of doing 20lb DB curls every hour throughout the day- expect to put 2 inches on in a month or so. Use extreme caution, growth can be too rapid at times, and the routine should be cycled every two months at most.
