Just curious to see what others do. I usually put my index fingers over the rings.
usually pinky on the inside of the rings
Usually my index or middle finger on the inside of the ring but on max attempts I put ring finger.

Pinkie on ring
index about .5-1" outside of the rings... but I have long arms
I bench with my third finger on the ring... but I'm starting to think I could do more with a slightly narrower grip (especially on incline)
pinky on rings for everything except flat bench. on flat bench i do index on rings
Middle finger on the ring
Index on rings. Anything more narrow than that and I feel like i'm doing tricep work.

I only bench with index finger on the rings in a bench shirt, why the hell would you ever bench like that raw?

where should someone 6' put fingers? like pinky on rings?
I don't think so. I think with narrower grip I could recruit my tris better and keep my elbows in.
The wider you go the shorter the distance.
but more likely to injure yourself because it's impossible to keep elbows in right? unless you have some gear helping you keep the right position or something
Unless yalls gyms have some gay ass non-standard olympic bars.
