me, usually some kind of healthy carb source + egg whites.
usually just oatmeal
1 cup oatmeal
2 hard boiled eggs
1 scoop ON
1 banana / blueberries / grapes in the oatmeal
3 pan-fried eggs, cereal/oatmeal/yogurt & granola.
sucks that i USED to love oats, now i cant really stomach them
2tbs olive oil
cup or so of green veggies
ive had the exact same breakfast for the last 3 years (except when I'm dieting):
oatmeal shake (put rolled oats in blender + whatever toppings e.g. blueberries/cinammon/splenda/etc)
i do this b/c i usually have little to no appetite as soon as i wake up + i hate waking up early for work so i drink this in the car on the way to work
1 cup of oats, I put mine in a coffee grinder to make a nice powder.
2 scoops choco whey
1/2 frozen banana
1 spoon PB
ice and water, maybe some splenda
Blend and enjoy!
i've been eating frosted flakes lately
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 scoops whey in water
2 tbsp peanut butter
Makes the left over milk yummy... mmm.
this is why i'll never be huge. I'd fucking die if i ate that much in the morning. I'd have to call in sick to work
egg white omelette with ham and bagel withj pb
2 whole eggs with 4 egg whites (scrambled)
1 1/2 slices of wheat bread
Every other day
1/2 cup of oatmeal with a little bit of honey and cinammon
Whey protein shake.
1 6oz dannon light and fit yogut.
1 half cup yoders low fat cottage cheese
1 cup kashi go lean cereal
1 bodytech pro24 protein shake w/ water
macros = 430cal /3f /48c /58p
2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
1 cup of oatmeal + cinnamon + splenda in skim milke
(OR kashi lean cereal in skim milk)
1 slice of toast
you'll get used to it. breakfast > *
Pint of milk, 50 grams of oats, 2 scoops whey and a bananananana
1 tbsp pb
1 cup oats
all blended up.
2 scoops of whey in water or milk
honey bunches of oats
Are you people really eating 1 cup worth of uncooked oats ?
1 scoop of whey + water + benefiber
and a banana
When I say 1 cup oatmeal, I mean 1 cooked cup.
