i don't really do direct work for them
rear delts are lacking
face pulls, reverse flys,
Shoulder press, cleans, clean&jerk ftw.
Shoulders I do push presses or mil press as far as compound exercises go.For isolation the usual front,side and rear delt raises.Traps get hit on shrugs,deadlifts and powercleans for me.
I did some power shrugs awhile back and absolutely LOVE it
I jus DL and have been doing lots of front raises lately
he's my idol... i read that before bed every night
well I play the hand that i get delt, and if any pussy comes near I attempt to trap it.
rear delts: bent over dumbbell raises, behind back cable pulls, behind neck press, arnold cable pullies
traps: deadlift? db shrugs, bb shrugs, up-right rows on straight bar (try not using your 4th and 5th finger)

db press, giant sets of sid elaterals, upright rows, reverseflies sueprsetted with face pulls, static shrugs, t-bars hrugs.f.

But yea just look for your weak point and work that with the exercices given.
3 sets of BB millitary Press
3 sets of DB W press
3 sets of Machine Lateral raise
2 sets of DB bent over lateral raise
4 sets of heavy shrugs.
Cleans (175), Clean&Jerk(155), DB shrug(80), BB shrug(225), Deadlift(315)
