for now i've only been doing lat raises and lying lat raises
For rear delts:
that first one is uncomfortable...it really strains the lower back
Try pull throughs..
I meant for lower back strengthening.. anus.
For the medial head I do side laterals.
FOr the posterior head I do bent over laterals and reverse peck deck.
