I've been doing incline dumbbell presses and moving up in weight steadily, until I hit 70lb. I could do 65x4 but I couldn't push 70lb up at all. One week later, I went back and tried to do it again. No dice. I tried lifting 70lb 3 times, getting more and more pissed, until the 4th time when I asked if the guy next to me can just help me lift it. It went up 4 times with ease. Now hopefully next week, 70lb will go up without a problem, but what about 75lb? I feel guilty asking someone for help. Like I'm cheating. btw, I can lift 80lb on flat db without a problem.
