I have no idea on maxes, don't really care to know. I'd like to see what I could do if I pushed it and had someone to motivate me to go balls to the wall. This is what sucks about training solo.

My bench: squat: deadlift ratio is similar.
22y/o / 195lbs
past 3 months, highest raw #s ive hit were a 475sq (wraps) / 340b / 585x2 pull, but i couldn't pull 573 at my meet and haven't deadlifted heavy since...so it's lower i'm sure, who the fuck knows
So the 340 is competition as well?

nah man, i didn't do a meet writeup since I bombed out and was bummed.
My squats went 606/643 good, then i missed 672...opened with 300 something raw easy on the bench to stay in, then missed my 2 shirted attempts...tore something in my ab wall on my deadlift opener of 573 and had to pull out. Sucked.
Hit a 340 raw in the gym about 3 weeks before the meet.
What do you think the difference between your 'touch and go' as opposed to 'paused' flat bench is?
