Basically what were the sort of things your parents typically fed you for meals & snacks?

Lots of baked ziti and this cake she made from scratch. Pizza was popular in my household too.

Rice, Oatmeal, Eggs, Chicken, MANGOS, Fruits, Veggies, Beef, Bread, Cheese... Moved to America and started eating pizza and cereal.

fried chicken, cracklins, red drank and watemelon?
veggies fresh from the garden, venison/lean beef/chicken, and whole grain pasta...
fried chicken, rice-a-roni, boiled mxied veggies, pork chops, potatos au gratin, mac and cheese, etc.
You forgot Collard Greens.
pre heart attack of my dad:
breakfast: milk + sugary cereal
english muffin with philly creme cheese and jam
toast with butter
lunch: whole grain bread sandwich with slice of ham and butter
...on the side either pims biscuit cookies, pringles, cheese it, combos
fried: beef cutlets, bread lamb or breaded fish w/ potatos
glombki (cabbage wrapped with minced beef and rice, in tomato sauce)
chicken or potato soup
before bed: tall glass of warm milk
Asian food. Lots of rice. That's why I fail.
honestly I tihnk if i still was fed by my grandma and lifted seriously, i'd be a swole motherfucker.

not too bad actually. basic meat and potato stuff, not a lot of processed foods. lots of pot roasts, game meats, fresh vegetables, milk etc
