i see a lot of ppl who are exercising like to eat oatmeal and oats. i never ate them before until now and would like to hear some suggestions on which oats and/or oatmeals you guys like? i went to safeway and got a cup of quaker instant oatmeal epress (cinnamon roll flavor) for a buck. tatse pretty damn good. also, would it be better to eat oats/oatmeal pre or post workout? edit: nvm, this cinnamon tatse like bs lol.
