Just like the title says. Sometimes you're pressed for time, got something to do, or just can't make it to the gym but still wanna get that swole-e-osis. What do you guys do around the house? I'm actually one of those people that bought one of those pullup bars that you hook to the doorframe, so I have that for chinups, pullups, and if I stick it on the door to my bedroom I can get my feet on the couch in the living room and even get some Australian pushups going. That covers most of my back and some bis going, and I can do pushups and ghetto dips to get the chest tris going too. What do you guys do around the house when you can't make it to the iron?
