My aspirations of becoming a professional athelete have long past... I'm married, so I'm no longer "playing the field"... I understand the desire to be fit for general health purposes, but what do you guys (who are a little older, like myself), use to push yourself? What motivates you? Not the people who just want to stay healthy, but the people who actually maintain a "cut" physique? When you need to push out one more rep? Or wake up on the cold morning to work out? Or push when you are tired? When I was still playing sports, it was easy. "I want to make the team" "I want to start" "When I quit working, my opponent keeps working" Those kind of thoughts always got me by... Now I just don't have the drive. So...what keeps you going?
