i still love america but god damn has it gone to shit in the past two decades it's been nearly twenty years since i lived there and although i'd like to say i saw the writing on the wall and that was the reason i left, the truth is that it was pure coincidence. i was kinda worried that i might have made the wrong decision but with every passing year i feel even more sure that i couldn't have made a better choice. i thought about living in europe long term and that could have worked for sure, but glad i made japan my long-term home
