I'm 5'8, 190lbs, about 25% bodyfat. I play a few sports, workout 3-5 times a week, etc. But, I need to really shape up my nutrition, which is really keeping me from slimming down, getting toned, etc. I'm limiting myself to 2500 calories per day (or should I go for 2000?). What should my daily intake be for the value below? (in the parenthesis is the default setting of the app Nutrition Value that I downloaded. It needs to be adjusted. What's really getting to me is the cholesterol/sodium. At mid point of today, I'm way over my daily settings for both.) Daily Fat (65g) Daily Saturated Fat (20g) Daily carbs (200g) Daily fiber (25g) Daily protein (100g) Daily cholesterol (300mg) Daily sodium (1500mg) Daily Sugars (40g) Any other thoughts are appreciated. I really need to get my nurtition on the right track.
