Upon the suggestion posted by christophers I decided to start eating a bagel or two after each workout. Today I weighed myself at just under 178lbs . Scale I assume is accurate because two other guys that weighed themselves all weighed the same as before. Anway this is the heaviest I've been in two years and the heaviest without any supplement. Usually because of working at the bar by sunday I'm 3-4 lbs lighter thought and repeat the process throughout the week with Thursdays or Firdays I weigh my heaviest.
