Build a solid base with a program like the one Christopher posted, in the archives. Do that and eat right for a year and then you can worry about targeting specifc areas.
arms seem to be the stronger point, but everything could use some work
chest is majorly lackin
Everything but biceps and traps.
arms and traps look bigger than everything else. WOrk on chest and shoulders
and learn how to use an autotimer... fuck the myspace shit

Even though most of the guys that probably said something negative are fat and out of shape.
as far as that goes. i used to be about 6'2 160. I did BFS for football for a year and a half or so and put on a large amount of muscle and size..football ended, so did my hard lifting, but i want to get back into it. I'll prolly start doing BFS again, but probably no cleans.
