Whatsup guys, Ok so I recently tore my rotator cuff, and I can't lift for a while, but I still want to get as much fat off before the end of august. So what I do now is I sit on the bike for an hour, I put it on heavy moderate intensity and I bike for an hour at around 80-75 RPM range.( I know every bike is different but i hope that gives you a general idea) So what should my diet look like? Because we all know diet is the most important part. Also would it be ok if I did 2 1-hour session per day? 1 in the morning and 1 at night?
