I need to work on this area, preferably through a sport.
Treadmill, 15 degree incline
Are there any sports in particular? Besides running up a hill.

I go to my lake cabin where its like a 40 degree incline from the cabin to the water bank, put some weights in my backpack and go crazy running up it. Then I jump in the lake for a reward.
Run up hills(sand ones if you live by a beach).
