What's up Broly Crew! I'm wondering if anybody has any insight to what's going on with my weight? Little background... Grew up skinny. Couldn't gain weight. Finally in my mid 20's I start to bulk up a little. I'm 6' tall, and weighed ~190lbs. No six pack, but pretty lean. After I met my wife, I let myself get to ~195lbs and soft/pudgy. I've been hitting the weights for the past few months. I've noticed I'm starting to gain my bulk back, and my belly is going away. But every few days I gain/lose 5 lbs? Is this normal? On Saturday I weighed myself. 185lbs. Normal weekend, nothing crazy. This morning? 190lbs. In a few days I'll be 185lbs again. yet, am changing nothing about my diet or how I work out. Are these random flucuations normal?
