Guys, girls...whoever can give me an answer. My arms get really tired when I am on top. To the point where I have to change positions. I had my hands palm down and it was painful/stressful after a short amount of time. I haven't tried it yet but it seems if I make a fist and support myself that way it may help a bit. Is there anything to do to avoid this? Is it something I will get used to and adapt to? I like to take my time and not rush things and I guess I am taking too long. I'm not out of shape, if anything I'm in pretty good shape. What did you guys do or you girls notice your guy did to last longer on top without worrying about the arms.
