ok so for almost 6 months ive been saying how im going to lose all this weight and get into shape but ive done nothing and actually gained more weight. i made myself sick the other night when i went and bought some new jeans at the size i had to buy. i know what i need to do eating wise. i can drop 10 in 2-3 weeks by just changing my diet, but i also want to be toned and build some muscle so i can keep up with my son. ive read a lot of the threads on here but i dont think they will work for me cuz i really dont want to bulk and cut. what are the best things to do to get a full body workout without me getting bulky. i have a gym membership so i pretty much have access to whatever. i also dont know what a lot of things are so explanations and pictures are great!! thanks!
