When I first started working out, I did it 5 days a week and had a whey shake after each workout. I ate a lot but never gained much weight. I started taking creatine in September and since then, I went from 165lbs to 185lbs and got a lot stronger. The only thing I changed in my routine was adding creatine to my whey shakes. I heard its bad to take creatine for a long period of time so I'll have to stop eventually. When I do stop, and just continue to take whey shakes, will I lose a lot of weight and my progress?
