im a 26 year old male, dont smoke. i been working in texas on a client site for the past 2 months. just got back. havent been in a workout room or anything near exercise for that long. only cuz my days have been 16-20 hr work days...dinners nothing but steak and lobster and seafood with wine and dessert. i lived it up but i feel like now i will pay for it. jsut went to the gym and my numbers arent great but not THAT far off. what is the best approach to get up to speed? jump right in or ease into it? and if i ease into it how long would you say to do so? this is depressing but im more than willing to put in the hard work. you think i can get it back in30 days?
