I'm 6'2" 230 lbs.....a pic of how I look is below. Now obviously I don't have any huge muscle mass....Most of my weight is due to my fucking thick ass bones....(38 waist and that's because thats how wide my hips are without fat) I'm benching 225 deadlifting 275 squatting around 275-315 depending on how low I go.... I'm truly torn with which angle to take that's why I ask. would you start cutting fat off then building muscle slowly or would you just bulk up and cut the fat later....obviously if I lift hard for another six months....I would hopefully have some ok mass gains. (been lifting for 3 months steady now) (been lifting on an off for the past 2 years but could never get into it, now im addicted.
