What's a quick/easy to make breakfast for cutting?

    I was thinking oatmeal and various fruits. How do you prepare oats? My mom said that i have to cook it, and cant just dump boiling water like the packet shit.

    I put my oats in boiling water. Or in a blender. I don't see how else you would prepare them.

    No. Needs a protein source. Some fat would be good as well to reduce insulin response.

    1 scoop whey, 4 strawberries, 1 banana, some oats, some pineapple, 8-12 oz light OJ blended = yum.

    my breakfest is typically

    2 scoops chocolate whey
    1/4 cup oatmeal
    1 cup skim
    1 tsp flax seed
    2 ice cubes

    liquified in zee blender

    3 egg whites
    1.5 cups clean cereal (oat bran, kashi)

    3/4 of a cup of quaker oats, microwaved for a few minutes in water

    Coffee + multi = lose.

    I'm on keto so for me it's 4 whites + one whole egg + handful of cheese and some ham. Cook it up in plenty of olive oil and take fish oil + Vit C + Multi w/ water while you're eating it. Then I snack on some almonds on the drive down to work.

    i love oatmeal for breakfast

    i just put them in a bowl, put hot water on it and microwave it for 40 seconds. :)

    Why take the whey if you're eating the eggs anyway? Just chuck in an extra couple of whites and get rid of the shake.
