I need a good recipe in the morning so i can have my brkfst on the go while commuting to work.
Wake up 12 minutes earlier and have a breakfast of solid food.
2 scoops whey
1 packet oatmeal
1 tbsp natty pb
what the fuck is a smoothie? do you have a gaping bright pink dickhosting pussy? its a fuckin shake faggot. and I use 2 scoops whey, 1 cup egg whites, 1 1/2 cup raw oats, 1 tblsp natty pb and 1 tblsp mac nut oil and i chug it right out of the fuckin blender sometime it spills on my chest and i let my mom lick it up.

1-1/2 cups of oats is a horseload. ur boss bro.
the reason for that is a ton gets stuck at the bottom like 1/4 gets wasted unless i remix it with some water, it doesnt all blend up

My Kitchenaid can be put in the dishwasher
not sure about a blender but this $12 coffee grinder from walmart grinds up oats well. I grind them up in that and then just throw them in a shaker with whey and PB.
I bought the same one last year and the motor burned out within 2 months. I Suggest buying a more legit brand. I dunno if it was just the one I owned but it smelled like burning plastic whenever I had to grind for more than 2-3 seconds. Didn't really think much of it because everything I bought from walmart has that smell from their toasters to grinders, etc.
