1/2 and 1/2 in a 2 cup container
2 cans of tuna in honey mustard salad dressing, Some bread, apple and some almonds.
I might make a steak and 2 baked potatos
I had two chicken breast tenderloins with salsa on top, a banana, 1 cup fat free cottage cheese, and a blue berry yogurt.
I had a turkey sammich, and some broccoli
I had some pasta 2 hrs ago and now i'm eating a huge bowl of cereal with bananas and tons of whey in it

Boston Market Sirloin (5oz)
Garlic Dill New Potatos (only ate 1/3 of them)
corn bread (i tried not to eat it, but it was sooooo fucking good)
499 calories/19g fat/35g carbs/46g protein
i shouldn't have eaten the cornbread
Was it boston market corn bread? cus that stuff is the shit.
yeah, the entire meal was from Boston Market.. and yeah that fucking cornbread was delicious.
When i lived in dallas, i ate there all of the time.
2 pieces of country fried steak, mashed potatoes, salad, 2 naval oranges and about 1/4 gallon chocolate milk to wash it down
i'm on a diet....tuna on whole wheat
nasty school spicy chicken burger, and a rather large terriyaki bowl
reduced fat bologna and cheese on whole wheat w/ mustard... Bananna.. Light Ocean Spray Cran/Grape to drink

atm im still eating breakie which is 3 vitabritz with as many raw oats as I can fit in the bowl.
Two Tablespoons of Peanut Butter and 1slice of 35cal Bread, I was on the run today
3 hardboiled eggs, beef jerky, protein shake, tuna and clam chowder. We had jack shit in the house.
I had 2nd helping of steak and beens today at work.
My boss says he's gonna buy me some Glade plug'ins for my desk....

I hate the after tast that the Light drinks have, Light OJ yuck.
